Čini mi se da ovo može biti sleeper hit među strategijama. Za igru kažu da će biti miks RPG-a i strategije (što smo već videli u KB i jako nam se svidelo) i da donosi preko 100 sati igranja. Mada sa skrinova meni ovo najviše liči na nešto iz TW serijala, videćemo...

Developer je malo poznati mađarski NeoCore Games, a evo šta oni kažu o igri...

In King Arthur, players will guide the legendary king as he conquers the warring provinces of Britannia until they unite the realm. Meanwhile, they will recruit the fabled knights of the Round Table and send them on adventures (watch our for Zoot and her friends Brave Sir Galahad) which will help you improve your knights and mold them into the bravest men they can be. In turn, they will build Camelot and govern a growing realm, while commandeering battles where many thousands clash on the field. Every decision they make will determine Arthur’s morality as a king, creating their own legend – this means that Arthur could become a rightful ruler or ruthless monarch or either a Christian or a pagan.

Ne mogu da kažem da delim tvoj entuzijazam, NeoCore je takođe radio i Crusader: Thy Kingdom come, igru koja me uopšte nije impresionirala.. a i teško je biti impresioniran posle TWa Držim palčeve ovom naslovu

Ovo izgleda fantastično! Istina da sama mapa podsjeća na Total War serijal, ali moram priznati da je odlično odrađena, makar na slikama. Doduše, nisam vidio screenove iz borbi (nisam uspio ništa da nađem, sem običnih wallpapera), ali mene mnogo više interesuje strategijski aspekt igre, koji bi mogao da ispadne sjajno od ovog materijala. Svakako ne treba očekivati nešto nivoa Empire TW-a, ali ovo će biti nešto za poštovanje u najmanju ruku. Samo da utempiraju datum izdavanja, jer kakve ajkule nailaze, pravo je čudo ako isplivaju na površinu.

Da ti igru Crusader: Thy Kingdom sam i ja kupio i kad sa video , jedva sam prezalio pare (sreca 200dindzi samo).

A i ovo lici na fantasy Total War, ali necu da donos prerane zakljucke.

Fino izgleda, mapa fina, teksture su fine, izgleda je fantasy itd...

Mapa je mala, samo englenska. Mislim da nece dobro proci pored ETW, da su je izdali samo godinu dana ranije bilo bi nesto.Al videcemo, who knows...

Oni su ovde izmesali izgleda svasta. I Total War i King's Bounty i Warhammer (Mark of Chaos) i LoTR....ima svega i svacega...mada izgleda zamimljivo.

In the game you command whole armies and heroes. While the heroes lead the armies, besides the gradually unfolding storyline they explore the land of the mystical Britannia – meaning that you send them to battles to conquer provinces, which add up to a growing realm that has to be managed by passing laws and developing cities – they are also the main characters of the game. These Knights of the Round Table gather experience, develop abilities, participate in adventures where they have their own influence on the outcome.

The Knights of the Round Table are not only the warriors that were depicted in the classic tales, but heroes in the game they possess magical powers that they will develop further as they gain experience. They have their own backgrounds, their own loyalties and moralities which means that since there are many of them, some of them will serve Arthur but others will appear in the courts of Arthur’s enemies such as the tribal warlord-king of Wales; the monster-slaying Saxons; the reborn Roman provinces; or Morgawse, the Witch Queen of Orkney.

While King Arthur is not a historical game (as we all know very well) it is however a medieval fantasy set in a mythic Dark Ages and the game is trying its best to be authentic by using the traditional medieval setting. There will be bowmen, cavalry, footmen, knights, ect but they are more fantasy-like and in many cases they are purely creatures of the fantasy such as Unseelie Archers or Winterbreed.

The Campaign Map of King Arthur of Britannia is a three dimensional topographic terrain and place of quests, and army movement and the events of your unfolding campaign take place on the Campaign Map. These maps have 4 km2s of terrain where the actual battles occur and an additional 64 km2 visible that surrounds the centre of the field. The battlemaps feature thousands of units fighting the battles and the introduction of unique locations on the map means that you will explore the whole territory to reach all these locations.

Quest-wise, knightly quests are the essence of the game world, where you choose between the path of the storyline or make decisions that change the Morality. You will also participate in sieges against Strongholds and during battles both armies will use siege weapons and magic

Multiplayer will allow two players to battle against each other in either deathmatch or capture-the-flag mode with each session lasting at least 20 minutes.
